For non-Windows users, we provide remote access to a Windows server (SSD based with 24GB RAM) containing the tools which you can connect using RDP. Microsoft RDP App is available for free on the Mac App Store here. Some of our customers have been able to make our Firefox Portable work on other Operating Systems by using Wine Bottler (free) or Parallels. But we do not guarantee or support the same though you might try if you wish. Unless you use Windows OS or you are fine with RDP access to a Windows server, we would not recommend purchasing our group buy. Yes, there are limitations to some of the SEO tools. We block bulk features such as APIs, OpenApps etc. in some of the SEO tools too in order to prevent abuse. All these accounts are shared group buy accounts and are meant mainly for light to medium usage. We would not allow any single customer to abuse the account resulting problems for the rest of the customers. For normal users, these accounts work perfectly fine. For example, we block the bulk checker in the case of Majestic and we have daily or monthly limits for each customer in the case of some SEO tools. However, those tools have daily limits themselves due to which we are forced to keep a daily limit on our end too.

No, the account details/logins would not be constant. The account logins would change every once in a while. We keep on shifting customers between multiple accounts to balance the accounts. We also keep on adding new accounts/logins as well as removing old accounts/logins. These are group buy accounts, and they would not suit your needs if you need the logins to remain constant forever. We do not guarantee how long an account would last. So, please do not order if you need to use any feature that requires the account to remain the same forever. The SEO tool would work fine as we provide replacement logins but the account would keep on changing from time to time.

Yes, every package (or tool) is billed monthly on a recurring basis unless canceled by the customer. In order to cancel your recurring payment, you can send us an email, contact us on Skype or raise a ticket on our helpdesk before the billing date of the following month. Or you can cancel it yourselves through Paypal too. Please note that we do not allow frequent breaks or cancellations from the same customer to prevent abuse.
It might take anywhere between 1 hour to 24 hours (depending on whether we are online or offline at the time of purchase) to deliver the Firefox Portables. The Firefox Portables also need to be created manually which takes time. Please feel free to wait at least 12-24 hours before taking any major action. Normally, we will deliver within a few hours but we have seen seen customers who tend to lose their patience within a few minutes of purchase. Our sales and support team are extremely active. However, we also need some rest and cannot remain online 24 hours everyday. And there are different time zones and we cannot cater to all customers from all time zones instantly. So, please be patient and wait for 12-24 hours at least. Even if we are unable to process the sale for some reason, we will refund the payment on our end within 24 hours of purchase.
